Refund/Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: 

 

  • If the Order is Cancelled 48 Hours Before the delivery date 100% Refund is applicable. 
  • If the Order is Cancelled 24 Hours before the delivery date, a 50% Refund Applicable 
  • Cancellation and Refund are not applicable for Same day orders to account for the usage of resources. 
 

Refund Policy: 

 

  • The customer is requested to click a picture for reference of the ordered product before usage and ascertain whether the product(s) was received without any actual damage.  
  • In case the order is found to have one or more wrong / Missing items, then Kindly bring it to our knowledge.  A refund/ replacement may be made provided the customer shares relevant proof as mentioned above and it abides by our company policy which is at our discretion 
  • All Our Products are delicate in nature and are being delivered with utmost care. Unfortunately, if the cake is damaged it may be subjected to No /partial/ full refund with respect to the degree of damage which is subject to the Company’s Policy which is at our discretion 
  • In case your amount was deducted from your account but the transaction was not successful, then we will refund the amount at the earliest. 
  • In case you are not happy with the taste or other attributes of the products you are more than welcome to give your suggestion/ Feedback. However, a refund for the same reason is subject to the Company’s Policy which is at our discretion 
  • Acceptance of requests for order refunds & replacements is subject to the management. Refunds & Replacement must meet the company’s policy on reasons, and this is at our discretion. 
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original source of payment & will take 2 to 4 business days to process.

Orders regarding Hold: 

 

  • If an order is to be held under any given circumstances, it has to be communicated within 24 hours of delivery and the order can be put on hold for 12 hours only. If the order is required to be put on hold for more than 12 hours, the order will be taken to the cancellation process and a refund will be initiated as per the company policy.
  • A new order is to be placed for orders that require more than 12 hours of holding time. i.e, an order requiring more than 12 hours of holding time will be considered as a new order and the previous one will go through the cancellation policy.
  • A request to hold the order may or may not be accepted which is subject to the company’s policy which is at our discretion.
